Description

Loretta Schroeder describes the Oliver Street saloon her father ran just outside the gates of Buffalo Bolt, on the northwest corner of East and Oliver. These papers were collected by her family. The boathouse pictured may have been the one on the Niagara "just south of Edgewater landing" described in this January 14, 1916 Tonawanda News article. Courtesy of Dan Bille.
